To set up the cars

Depending on whether you have high or low graphics, it slows down or freezes to access both the car setup menu and the game and/or system menu. There is no way to set up the cars, except to change the type of tires, amount of fuel, both braking force and bias, and degrees of the steering wheel, and that's it. Shock absorbers, springs, torsion bar, gearbox and everything else?

Have you tried specifically Post Effects down to low? That mostly fixed the menu freezing/stuttering for me.

with the fixed setups u cant change more..try silver races to have open setups mate..or test it in single player..beginner races dont have open setups..fixed setups only in this category^^

Yeah, it sounds as though you're online and trying to change setups in beginner fixed set up races?

I am in Bronze with licenses, online, and also in Safety. Thank you, I had doubts that this was the case. While I consider LMU an excellent racing sim, with some youthful defects that can be resolved, thanks to the community. I admit that I don't spend a lot of time running on LMU, online to improve skills, although I do spend time doing online practices, because maybe I have ten minutes free. And I really like this realism in licensing and safety, even if maybe you have a good race and increase in level, then in the next race you lose that level, not always my fault.... Thanks for the answers and advice.
