LMU Bricks T818 Wheel (X2)

My second T818 Wheel loose definitely FFB in ALL game !!! it only appens when running LMU :

T818 Owners : BE VERY CAREFULL, twice the same issue with now a NEW T818 (less than 10 hours of service in IRACING with no issue, 1h in LMU and now bricked !!!)

Symptoms :
1°) Loose steering for a couple of second
2°) Totaly Loose FFB in game (event with FFB Reset)
3°) No calibration of the T818 at boot
4°) No FFB in any Game, even in FFB Test Panel
5°) Serial number not reconized in control panel

Tried another USB cable, another Thrustmaster Power Supply, NO Hub
Tried firwmare update (2024_TTRS_1 with 6.01 Firmware)

No solution !!!

You mean LMU destroys the T818! ? ! ?
How could that work ?
I've only driven it very briefly so far because of the many errors.
Somehow I can't imagine that. But I've been warned now :-)
This means the T818 is now broken again.

What exactly happens when you update the firmware?

I don't want to say LMU has destroyed my TWO T818, because I know that is theoricaly 99,99% impossible, but even if it may be a coincidence, the facts are here...

My rig has nothing special, no DIY parts, and i use Thrustmaster original Weel with my T818, I have no USB Hub (direct to PC)

Now, When I want to updade or downgrade firmware with the official procedure, all il fine but still no calibration at boot and no FFB in any game.

FFB test don't work and, strangely, the serial number has desapeared from the thrustmaster control panel

So, you can drive, but without any road effect....

j'ai un t818 c'est arriver la meme choses aujourdhui c'est de LMU le probleme j'ai verifier les fichier du jeux il a toujours des fichier corompus a chaque fois et c'est pas normal.

Tu as de la chance, moi il est mort coté FFB quelquesoit le jeu…. Et c’est le second.

Exactly the same symptoms for the first one in same conditions.
Now my t818 no calibrate at boot and no ffb….

WOW vous me faites flipper ! J'ai subit une coupure de FFB dimanche en pleine course, mais après avoir relancé le jeux ça marchait de nouveau.
Bon il est garantie mais ça fait flipper vos retour...

J’ai toujours un Ticket d’ouvert chez Thrustmaster mais ils ne sont pas pressés…
