Which patch to download?

There is the patch from johren and the "Nukitashi improvement patch". Is there a difference between these two? If not, which one should i download?

The patch from Johren will restore the game to include all the content cut in the steam version. "Nukitashi improvement patch" will change the translation, to deal with some issues readers have with the translation.
You need the Johren patch, the "Nukitashi improvement patch" is optional and it requires you to remove the 020 file from the Johren patch or it won't work.

EDIT Seems like there is a new 1.4 version of the "Nukitashi improvement patch" working with the latest version of the Johren patch so no need to remove the 020 file anymore.
