where to find combat axes?

i know the toolshop produces hatchets, but i'm looking for someone who can produce light axes and better. it seems like human weaponsmiths only make swords? what race or shop makes combat axes? or is it just bad luck on my part? i also visited the bear people in the tundra and they make swords as well. no axes. i'm going crazy!

I’ve seen some 2h double sided made by dwarfs and goblins, not sure what you mean by “light”

The skill of the crafter determines if they can make every item available to that race.
Dwarf/Orc towns are a good place to check for Axes.
