Wheat processing

After i collect weath what do i need to do to go to the next step in processing it? i tried going to the windmill but couldnt do anything there

i managed to find out i had to use the flail, but how do you turn it into flour?

make or order the simplest flail and then you can salvage wheat directly in your inventory

Flour you stand next to 'mill' object, open craft menu, select flour (need a couple points in agriculture), craft with wheat grain.
Wheat Flour is much lower value than beer, but is easier to carry around.

(As a note: Bakery buildings turn 4 flour -> 4 bread, but if you craft it is 3 flour -> 1 bread...)

thanks! and how do you make beer?

12 Agriculture, barley/wheat grain, craft when adjacent to alchemist table.
(I never see any alchemist tables in human towns, so need to go elsewhere.)
Note that beer is much heavier than wheat grain and has 30sec craft time.
So crafting it near someone who can buy it is probably a good idea.
The minimum craft time is 4sec on anything, so 87+ Int makes it as fast as possible.


Side note: raising Int really high will lower how much NPCs will pay for resources if it lowers their max price below the max you could normally sell for.
AdjustedMaxCost: 1.5*(1-0.005*MIN(100, Int))[*0.9 if 38+ Adventuring][*0.75 if family discount]
Max price from 150% -> 75% as Int from 0 -> 100, 135% -> 67.5% with Adventuring 38+.
(and lower still with family discount)
If the max price goes below 87.5%, then it also lower the most you can sell resources for to that %.

The game seems to use the highest your Int gets during a play session to set prices.
You can equip +Int items to craft faster/buy cheaper, then when done with that unequip the +Int items, then save+quit, then reload the game to sell at a higher price.
This only matters if >83 Int (>70 with Adventuring 38+, much lower if family discount)
