Jungle Cave POI - loot chest is invisible?

I just defeated the enemies in the area and I'm looking to loot the chest so I can have the POI show as "plundered" on the map. But I can't because the chest is invisible. I used debug to confirm and it found the chest coordinations at z level 0.
