The mage tower is one.
There are 20 different skills, so the chance of you getting the book you want each time is not great.
Skillbooks are sadly rather rare. And even if you manage to get it from loot chest then you have 1 in 20 (5%) of getting the book you want.
In my over 80 hours of playing and clearing about 100 POIs I only got like 3 skillbooks if im correct
Always start with floromancy if you intend to use it. It also helps to not start with year 100 map to find trainers to increase your skill cap. I personally like to start in a year 350 world.
Banshee... not sure, really.
It gives the Locusts Floromancy ability, using it gives Floromancy xp.
