There's a mod that starts everything on level 1 on Workshop, so anyone can freely choose how they play the game, but I plan to keep it how it is as part of the core version.
There are ways to start progressing in every skill during play.
Also yeah im sorry im wrong. You are correct that there is a way to get leadership in other way.
Did not play long enough but if you get your hunting high enough then you will be able to have an companion which whne giving orders, will give you leadership exp.
I just did not checked that and assumed it was near impossible to get leadership without starting with it.
Like floromancy and pyromancy have thier respected users. (woodbenders and sun scorchers.)
Thx for comment.
In my current playthrough, i did a Hard POI but the chests loot was all equipment, are these skills opportunities coming from these POIs? Also, does POIs eventually regenerate? I noticed that once POIs are cleared, they don't seem to ever get replaced.
Everything that's simulated before you start playing in the world continues to be simulated during the playthrough, which includes new PoI spawns.
Yes POIs do eventually "regenerate". However it takes a very long time to do if you planning on staying in same location for quite a while. (At least 10+ years I think)
Although it's rare.
You could in theory just find a leadership book like with the magics, but that also feels like a different animal than leadership; every character would want to hire party members, but only a wizard or mage would want to start with magic.
Oh man this is going to be a grind.
