Basket case.

I need help with figuring out how to use the wicker basket. It says it's a usable (like a waterskin) and it's supposed to increase your backpack cap by 3. It does nothing when just sitting in the inventory and I cant hold it or use in any way. What am I missing? Also, it weights as much as two felling axes... while being made of wicker.

Edit: On Discord it's said that they should work like bags but they don't. No way to equip them.

It has been fixed in the newest update. It won't fix baskets already generated in your world, but every newly crafted basket will work as intended.

Where do you find wicker anyways? Game could really need an in game encyclopedia where you find what kind of material, at least the common stuff (maybe you'd have to talk to NPC's to learn it like you do with locations). IRL wicker is just made out of a wide variety of plant fiber, but I can't find a crafting recipe under tailoring or adventuring or agriculture or anything. So I assume it's just a naturally found resource.

Wicker drops from salvaging firewood. And i assume the Encyclopedia or Codex of sorts will be implemented later on. Right now there are features and entites that are still being added to the game since it's not 1.0 yet.

Sure about that? I just tried to salvage like 100 pieces of firewood, all I got was a few pieces of wood.

I guess it depends on your salvage capability (I think it scales with Intelligence) but salvaging firewood is the only way I was able to get it. Thing is it's useless. So don't bother aquiring it.
