Adventuring Trainer

I'm absolutely lost finding an adventuring trainer enabling me to raise the skill above 20. Anybody can point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Well, not really, considering each world is randomly generated.

Your best bet is to go around a town, and try to speak with each NPC - rinse and repeat till you find a trainer, if you don't - venture out to other towns.

The Dev acknowledge the problem, so solution to this may be coming in future patches.

In my game usually soldiers or hunters have adventuring as a skill, so you can look if a town have any guard buildings or hunter cabins, but that's not something 100% failproof.

Tried both and didn't find anybody to train it in both barracks and hunter hut. I thought all NPC of a specific type can teach. Guess that is wrong. Thanks! I will check out more towns

Smelters teach adventuring too, that's usually where I go to train my adventuring skill. They teach above lvl 20 too.

.json says that by default human and dwarf carpenters have adventuring skill, human innkeeper and fisherman have it too.
