Construction training
Where would be most likely to find a construction trainer? I've tried humans, dwarves and elves so far. And unless I've already met one and didn't realise (please let us search people by skills too!) I can't find anyone

Thanks, now I just have problems with finding a dwarven engineer...what building do they usually occupy?
