Waterless towns
Just lost my first character because I assumed my thirst and waterskin would be refilled going through a town and it wasn't leaving me stuck in a dry region and unable to fast travel. Rivers shouldn't be the only reliable way to get water considering my map generated with barely any on half of it which is why I was relying on town for it in the first place.

All settlements have water sources in their center, but only rivers refill on the world map.

Settlements should refill in the world map too then because it not happening lead me to assume there was no water on the map and continue on until I couldn't travel anymore.
