Fuse box

I'm sorry but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong when trying to fix the fuse box. And I'm also trying to get 5 hearts with Kurt. Any tips?

Solving the fuse puzzle requires 3 items:

Wire cutter
>obtained from talking to Renata ("Tell me about yourself" -> "Why'd Kurt hire you?")

Fuse
> Either obtained in the bedroom closet on the right hand side (getting this will end the minigame though, so make sure to get this last) or given to you by Kurt afterwards if you couldn't find it.

Switch
> Either given to you by Gisela (I don't remember the exact dialogue options currently, sry) or in the bedroom closet on the bottom left hand side (after the lighter).

You need to input the three items in roughly this order (it's what I do):
fuse - wire cutter - switch
fuse - switch ("No") - wire cutter ("Yes")

For Kurt's max hearts, you need to get 4 of his hearts on one run and then do a consecutive NG+ run (continuing after you complete the game by selecting "New Game Plus", don't go back to the title screen). First, talk to Kurt (exhaust all options), after the fuse puzzle talk to him again, say that you will keep the secret, take the tie from Max and give it to Kurt, and tell him that you talked to the Witch.

The bolt cutters also work, I've found out, and you get those automatically from Kurt. The wire cutters are mostly just to give you the "something electronic needs to be cut" hint that you need to know to use either of them, I think.
