How to set 1440p resolution and turn on anti-aliasing?
Max resolution that game allows me is 2048x1100ish, but i saw someone's screenshot with 4k as a selectable option. Also, the last time i played this game was aleph one 1.6 and there was the option to turn on anti-aliasing and to downscale weapon, monster and wall textures to make them more pixelated. But now, both settings are gone. Can i change these settings in the config file?

If you right click and select Properties, you can switch around the high dpi emulation settings to unlock 1440p. Or just set your font scaling to 100% in Windows.

Unfortunately, MSAA doesn't work so the setting was hidden until it is fixed. Some video drivers will let you force it on a per-game basis.

The downscale of internal graphics was only there for really really old video cards with like 8 MB of VRAM. The prefs are still there in the text file, but may be removed in a future release. Someone could make a plugin of ridiculously low res graphics, that would be the best way to replace that option.
