Report a translation problem
Unfortunately, MSAA doesn't work so the setting was hidden until it is fixed. Some video drivers will let you force it on a per-game basis.
The downscale of internal graphics was only there for really really old video cards with like 8 MB of VRAM. The prefs are still there in the text file, but may be removed in a future release. Someone could make a plugin of ridiculously low res graphics, that would be the best way to replace that option.
