Killed A Neutral?

Was watching my friend stream and when he returned to the base on like the third day. The guy in the wheelchair was complaining about him killing innocent people. However, I watched the entire thing from the start, and he didn't kill anyone that didn't attack him first. Should he have not killed the KO bandits or something?

If you have problem with neutrals, lure them to zombies and let them do the job.

For example i did this with Cindy, the first ever neutral scavenger you find, i lured the three zombies outside the Bar and then i ran away, 1 zombie chased me, the other two atatcked poor cindy, she died and got zombified.

I got a minor problem sicne iwanted to loot everything and i had to re-enter the bar , only to find out that Cindy was zombified.. well, no problem, i let her chase my character with most AP, after exiting outside the bar and turning the corner, she stopped to chase me (out of sight and sound problably) et voià, i looted everything as i should, without killing her, she just got zombified by the zombies.

Infact i had a bark by Anita Cass sayng : Poor Cindy!!, and Joel Oswalt said : I just tried to protect everyone.

But no moral hits when i returned because i didnt kileld anybody, so guys when you have problems with these neutrals, let the zombies do the job, or knock them the ♥♥♥♥ out and let them bleed to death, AND last but not least, if you dont want to do these scapegoats every time, just select the proper party, Bud and Max are killing machines (i will give a try with Elaine and see how she react, she is a good combat character if you decide accordignly).

i killed Cindy after she attacked me no mood lost, Llanao residental neutral didnt attack me and kept saying stay away. I check him from time to time. Human camp enemies also inflict no mood loss if angry looter attack you first

I'm still confused, if we are offending certain party memebers, what are the repercussions is their indiviual Mood reduced? So they go from Happy to Content to Okay and so on or is there some other measure.

It's hard to tell sometimes, if I'm scouting out an ahead, and see a straggler I might solo him on the other side of the map. Do they still know if your on the opposite side of the map?

what's with you wanna be's watching people stream games? South park nailed it again, sorry but that is the stupidest thing. No hobby's or friends so you sit on the computer aand watch people stream???? I'm noot ever going to read this post again, cause as always it turns out to be a waste of time so feel free to call me trendy things like troll or w/e is you tools do, but streaming is for ppl who think we give a ♥♥♥♥ about what they are doing in a game, it's pointless and stupid. little pre-teen atching others play causse they're broke ass can't afford to join in. get a job and get the game and stop wasting our time!

Yes, it work as a "party" penalty to kill neutral humans, you have to simply go outside the shelter with the right killing machine party if you want to be a jingoist, told you, go with Bud and Max if you want to delete the whole Texas, lol.

Sadly they do know combat is initiated, they even say stuff.
So I think that links to them knowing you are attacking somebody.
Not sure if they take a moral hit or not, maybe a developer can answer that.
But basically what happens is something to simulate this.

Ohno (insert player name) killed a human who just wanted to survive.
Gossip gossip ohno he is a murderer.. who just kill people defending themself.
No it can´t be true, but we were there bla bla bla..
(especially bad if people are envious or jealous of you.)

What I can answer if certain party memember are unhappy with those decision you took in the field (And they know about it by witnessing it and then tell gossip tell)
There individual moral also dropped, from happy to content by X points.
Cause it conflicts with there goals of what they percieve justice or "good" thing.

Wait till you get futher into the game. and really "annoying" people start to show up.
That you want to take out to the field and .. eh remove lol
I always laugh when Bud says something like. "just you and me against the world. don´t like those odds! "
Bud sure is smart for a old loyal geezer (maybe he thinks I am taking him to the field to be disposed off)

I cannot understand why this was implemented, especially without any form of testing. I've been testing the game for months and I can guarantee if this had come out during early access the vast majority would have said it's stupid/pointless/broken. However, it didn't come out during early access, it was inserted untested on release. Brilliant.

Surely you can attack if you are attacked first, it's been stated so by the mods, possibly the devs in other threads, iirc.

i was a bit suprised by davis's reaction.. but i was like whatever! seriously.. your not out there scavenging and riskin your life.. If they had a dialogue option, i'd gladly talk to them and see if they wanna trade.. but since they don't, then i'm gonna grab anything layin around except what they have on thier person (which i'd need to kill to get). If they attack me, then all bets are off.

I"d love to be able to hook up a shopping cart to the back of davis's wheelchair and take him on a scavenge.. just coz your in a wheelchair doesn't make you invalid.. you can still shoot a gun, and if a zombie is down. you can run over his face!! the muscles in his arms from wheelin everywhere, he'd be great for jack hammering downed zombie heads.
