Health bar..
Theres different colors in the health bar...what those colors mean?

Green = Current health
Red = Damage
Yellow = HP reduction due to healing in field (each time you heal damage in field reduces max health. Restored by resting.)

How do I rest? I went to bed, but my max HP still low.

It recovers slowly each night, more if you have an infirmary.
