Without knowing where to go to get the right survioirs to work on the infirmary it took about 10 days or so build. That was rough on the gathering team 10ish days with no healing.
But auch this really feels like the game I was missing.
trying to avoid getting hurt again too much. even have joel start to use police shotgun.
The AI fix and the avoid getting hurt part. makes it exciting again.
You'll probably want to do the Infirmary second because its the only way you'll be able to restore full health on your people currently. They are changing things in an upcoming patch to allow natural healing without one. So the infirmary will be less critical soonish.
Don't worry about upgrading the fence to the next level until you're specifically asked to do so. Just do the minor fence repairs, then the infirmary, then any other projects that look interesting. (I like repairing the fridge and well)
