maybe on some early maps. Dogs can only use Knockdown attack twice per turn, tops. This attack cost 7 AP, AND knockdown only work 50% of time. All dogs have 19 AP
Btw - from meta game standpoint no sane individual would use dog as a party member.
Im not talking about dogs combat power -masive disadvantage of dogs are:
Dogs have ZERO survival skill.
What the fuss// who cares?
Well its simple. Any dog in your party WILL slow you down to a crawl both on foot and horse travel (not apply if you travel by car) -this is related to game travel speed mechanics (that pulls all members Survival skill then divide by number of characters)
So, only dog a player should use -is a Survival 10 skill dog -very usefull 5th party member, and even better a meat shield that regenerate between fights.
And yes -you can send this dog to knockdown enemy big gun wielders (or at least create havoc and magnet bullets)
If enything -both Pepper and Lighting should be buffed with 6-7 survival skill (btw im guessing that this also allow dogs to work as farmers ;D )
Haven't tried bringing one in my party. I suppose as farmers they'd run wildly around the rooftop farm scaring away all the birds trying to eat your crops? ... Your guess is as good as mine how that'd work when you install a greenhouse though.
