How to get medical satchel?

Or can you heal without it? With just bandage? I have chars with medical 2 and no satchel.

You can heal without a medic satchel - everyone recovers some health every night, and more if you have an Infirmary. You can also assign people to heal in the Infirmary, which is even faster.

I found the second satchel in the basemen+found many more while scavenging. :) Thanks.
