Also then, what's the replayability? Didn't see anything about random maps or generation.
There are vehicles and horses in the game, allowing you to travel to farther locations faster than you would on foot. Replayability comes from playing with different skills and stats, making different decisions, going to different locations, and recruiting different allies. A lot can change based on when and how you do things.
Yeah - the "world" map is always the same area. As for locations on the map, I'm not entirely sure if those are all static or if there are some that will randomize their position.
Yeah, the areas available in the demo are all static. I can't say for sure about the final version, though.
