what's the use of specialization training
as asked above, and once I make myself or my employee become a certain specialist(Engine, Graphics, eg), is there any way I can cancel it and choose anothet one?

Helps you not go over 100% when creating the games.

You can just start cranking out different combos that work better with Graphic. A secondary would be cool, though, with only 7 coders for 9 roles. My current game, WD and D are not important so I just fill them with whomever. I think level of the coder and/or training will help with not breaking 100% during development. That seems to only affect XP as no one seems to tire out any quicker than anyone else.
