Heh, pretty much I saw the above link and it sloved my problem. I couldn't find the link browsing around.
You don't have to move to a new building right away,and you don't have to hire new employees right away. Try to make sure you'll be safe to hire while still affording a fully featured game (with an engine that isn't too outdated), and advertising to make it known.
It may seem like "Bigger Game is Better", but if you can't afford to get the word out and get good ratings you may not sell enough to make bank.
