2D Graphics V3?
So I know a lot about this game but whats the point of 2D Graphics V3? I mean you unlock 3D Graphics V1 So whats the point of using 2D Graphics V3? plus it costs a lot more. does anyone know what the point actully is? do you get a reward or something at least? IE Unlocking bonus Research stuff. Cause I mean spending 80 Research is a lot of points and why should I do it?

1. You can design some 2D games instead of 3d Games, to let your other "features" get ahead of graphics.

2. You can make your engine "bigger" with more graphics options. This can get you more research points on the engine.

3. "Graphics" score goes up from both 2d and 3d graphics.

So Basically if a game doesn't require Good Graphics then use 2D V3 I guess. it's a little bit stupid though to make you pay 80 Research that's way two many points that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ early on and forces you to go with 3D Graphics V1 So what's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ point if you can NEVER Earn enough point to get stuff like this? All around I feel that they should be way more forgiving with research points they give you like maybe 20 a game when you need like a 100 points every game. and you never earn any more points no matter how good your games are. it ruins the game in my opion and needs some improvements. and I got 3 more workers so I should have more research points based on there research points CORRECT? WRONG!!! NOPE YOU GET THE SAME ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 20 POINTS!

well, actually you are wrong, you can get enough reserch points,
you just have to know how to do it!
First thing you have to decide what sort of games your company will focus on
you shouldnt do both 2d and 3d games, pick a side and stick with it.
3d games are harder to develope, espacially at late stage with AAA titles.
while 2d games are easier to develope and may have more features.
Second thing, you should train your crew for higher speed and reserch, it will net you
good bonus to reserch points.
Third thing, avoid developing ALL GENERS games, focus on 2\3 genenrs and stick with it.
Good luck

True, if you just play through it and get the R&D area, you get a lot of research points. I'm up to 4000 points and counting and I have researched everything. Generating game reports and making engines gives you a lot of points, too.
Well I already seem to focus on mostly 2/3 Genenrs I mean I find every other type of game useless but I find Action or RPG to be the most usefull type cause it mixes well with Any E Rated game and all around works well with mostly every topic.
and I guess I'll focus more on 2D Graphics since it's easier
Now then I got a question. What the balls is the point of text based Graphics? You unlock 2D Graphics at first so why make text based graphics is it because it's easier to Make Text Based and gives you more fetures like 2D Graphics?

Yeah Kinda what I was thinking I mean 100 Research is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ impossable for that early and when I think about it more logically I can only focus on 3D Graphics no matter what I do. I can't train someone to earn 100 research so what's the point?

if you're hurting for money, it's cheeper to do text based (although it hurts your ratings).

I see maybe the timeline should be better thought out for this game and have it so you can only do some types of graphics on some systems IE Only being able to make text based on PC Untell Computers become better and only being able to make 2D Graphics on TES.
And no 3D Graphics tell N64 For Ninertdo I mean it would make the game way more logic based

Well it would still be a good idea just have an Easy and Hard Mode added in cause if they did that you selected Hard mode and you got into logic base crap well....you got what you asked for XD
