Design points vs tech points
Hi,

Great game, this.

I have a question though:

When making a game, you have various staff members with Design and Tech skill points. The trouble is, I'm not always clear - and the in-game tips don't help with this - about whether to assign people with a high Design skill level for certain tasks, and a high Tech skill level for certain other tasks.

For example, it's pretty clear that for game engine, and level design, and dialogues, you should be assigning someone who has a high level of Design skill, right?

But what about for things like graphics and sound? Is it better to have people with high Tech skill levels for these?

Can anyone provide some tips on what skills - Design or Tech - to assign to the different game aspects?

There are different needs for which one, but every employee must have both to get the most of games.
