Issue where multiple tabs are created

I'm not sure if the discussions page here is a place for bugs to be reported, but I have been facing an issue with Game Dev Tycoon where multiple tabs of the game are created. I alt-tab a lot (I'm watching videos/listening to videos, and it's a habit) and I notice that I have multiple tabs of Game Dev Tycoon open and for them to go away I have to sign out of my PC. (They don't show up in task manager, and when I press the X in the alt-tab menu it does nothing)

I'm not sure if other people have this issue, but it only happens for Game Dev Tycoon (for me). I don't think this affects performance, and it doesn't create multiple versions of the game (it's all the same game, doing the exact same thing, it just displays multiple windows). And normally this number gets up to about 7-10 other tabs before I decide to sign out to close them. The issue isn't game-breaking, rather it just makes the game less enjoyable because I'm stopping to sign out just to get back on it.

i do have the same issues, it sometimes 3 tabs, sometimes 8 tabs
very annoying

I have this too, they stay open even when i close the game, and even when i'm playing another game entirely. I can't close them and It is indeed, VERY annoying

I have the same problem. I don't know how to completely fix this. But you can restart windows explorer in task manager. This delete ghost windows.

Yeah I can get rid of them but it's just really inconvenient to keep doing so and it makes playing this game feel like a chore.
