If you're not getting any contribution from your employees, they will either need to rest (if they have depleted efficiency bars) or train. (as your default character starts off with quite high skills compared to early game recruits) Once your company has a few skilled employees, smaller contracts are actually a great way to continue to earn money while one or two characters are on vacation or already set to prepare a game report or research a topic or engine feature. (basically you want to be either designing a game or occupying ALL employees at all times so you don't waste rent money)
Really?. I thought my character was the only one working on them cos the bubbles emerged only from his head :D
How often does the contracts renew? After I made a medium/large game I often wait until G3 starts again and during that half-year I make contract work until there's no more available, when do new contracts become available?
When does the third office actually become available? I'm at year 23 and I have a full team where everyone have at least 200 in Design and Tech. Is it random or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance!
