Mods Won't Work

I keep trying to get the mods to work, currently I am working on GDT Expansion, and I download the file and paste it into the mods folder. I have API and Ultimate Lib, but when I try to turn on the mods in-game, they do not show up on the list. API and Ultimate Lib do, but the other mods do not. What am I doing wrong?

same here but they in my list and blue but added nothing mew to my game

I have managed to get the expansion mod to work, what you need to do is after you extract the files for it and put them in the mods folder, make sure you remove the GDT expansion pack master folder and you only have the next folder, Expansion Pack with all the documents and files in it and it should come up on the mods list.

I did that my mods are blue like video but nothing new how ever do you have to start a new game?

yeah once they are blue you restart the game and start a new one and i will show up on there new topics should be available and you can set prices and everything else i imagine will come up at certain times

So i have 4 mods downloaded and everytime I hit around year 12 or 13 the game won't continue, do i need to get rid of my mods? That makes me sad if i do.
