Music very laggy
I just bought the game, and as soon as I launched it the music was laggy and it's so offputting that I don't want to play the game. Any suggestions on how to fix it? I'm running an i7 with 16GB RAM, so the speed of my computer isn't the issue. Thanks.

This seems to be a super-rare problem. Sorry that you experience this. So far, we had no luck in reproducing it :(

Our best guess is that it's an outdated audio-driver or some other third-party app (maybe virus scanner) interfering.

I'd recommend updating your audio-drivers and see if that helps.

Sorry for the trouble.

I'm using the latest driver available for my Creative Audigy Rx soundcard, dated september of this year. My anti-virus is set to ignore my Steam drive, so I don't think that's the problem.

Please try changing the bitrate. For me 'cd quality, 44100hz' works for games better than the higher rates which can cause strange behaviour.

I had my audio bitrate set to 192Hz. Dropping it down to 96Hz did the trick. Thanks.

Had the same issue with a Asus Xonar DGX and latest Driver for Win 10 x64. Changing the bitrate works for me too. THX

Having same issues... Do I really need to change bitrate everytime I want to play this game?

Unfortunately we don't have a better solution at the moment. Sorry for the trouble.

This is really a problem. Uncomfortable because the frequency of the sound change. Especially if the game for a long time not playing, and decided to play, and there is a problem - as long as you remember that it is necessary to subtract the frequency, did not even want to play)

Fixed it for me when I switched from 24bit audio to 16bit. Hope this helps :)
