Game engine features
To create a game engine you add 'engine features' then save the engine. Where can I find what engine features I added to a particular engine so I know I've selected the most tailored engine for the game I'm creating??

I don't think you can.

Just make an engine with all the features. In a few other game-dev games, engines can be specialized, but in GDT you might as well just put everything in your engine that you can.

You can save money by cutting out outdated, mutually exclusive features (you don't need 2d graphics v1 late-game). Sound and graphics are the only two categories that are like that; for everything else, just select the best that you can. There are some exceptions, like basic vs. advanced cutscenes, but you should be able to spot those when you can.

Are you suggesting I should save up until later tech updates and try and write good games generally? I've got about 20 'engines' and I've no idea what they contain. Ive resorted to TLA's for engine names so it gives me an idea what's in them. Baffled why this never came up 2 years ago. Am I playing longer than the majority? I only bought it yesterday.
