We're sorry about this trouble with Game Dev Tycoon!
I've sent this to the team so they can help figure out what exactly is causing the screen flickering. If possible, allow us a bit of time to look into this before we get back to you.
Thanks!
I'll run focus.exe to see if anything is stealing focus and have set the amd drivers to force vsync and play with those settings.
Love the game and good tycoon games are so rare these days. I wish I bought it direct now so I could have tested it under linux and still got a steam key.
UPDATE 2 : It happens so fast but I am sure the entire screen jumps even if the game is windowed. The more I read into this I think it is a chrome issue with esp amd drivers. I have seen advise of turning off hardware acceleration in the browser itself. I think firefox had a similar problem sometime back with the same advise of HW accel.
No issues when the game is not running.
I'm going to send them over right away, in case they help us understand this situation better.
We appreciate how much care and time you've poured looking into this.
I'm sorry for the lack of updates, but unfortunately, this seems like a tough nut to crack. Do let us now if those drivers fixed it or if the issue still persists!
