Any recipes for perfect 10 and 11/10?

I can't make it, any one can point out the perfect recipe, including the features during the creations?

First of you will need full office of employees for achieving 11/10 or 10/10 for that matter. When you have that done, train your peps and they ALL have to be assigned in any position (engine, graphics, etc), make sure you also have researched most of stuff for creating new game (works only with 3D engine). Your chance of getting perfect score or 11/10 depends on Design and Tech points during development if you can get both above 2k then perfect score may happen.

Just remember train your guys before you are going after this achievement. I sometimes trained them twice in row ( sent them 2x on vacation) before i started this project.
