How to play Pirate Mode?
Self explanatory. I looked but couldn't be able to find it.

When you start a new game/company, there will be a cog on the top right of the menu, click it and will display the advanced settings like the duration of the game. One of the options is enabling the piracy mode, now enjoy the game (that is if you enjoy going bankrupt on level 2 again and again)
