The difficulty warning wasn't wrong.
In my own humble opinion though, 90% piracy for my 2nd game seems a bit harsh.
But sell stocks or whatever it was, then get DRM. I managed to get past garage so far.
I think that if it is a computer game then 90% would be about right but as for cartridge based system should be harder to crack/hack so would have thought that around 15 – 20% would have been fairer, but a great add-on all the same!!
Agreed, there is potential for a lot more depth in this. For the pirate mode we opted more for a tough challenge over platform-related realism.

I wonder if modders will be able to do something about this once the update is properly released?
A 90 percent piracy rating in 1980 (start?) is a bit unrealistic. Most people had neither the knowledge nor the technlogy to do it.
Compare that to now where anyone can find a pirated version of a game if they really wanted.
