wheres the gameplay Ive seen online?

so i saw someone playing this and fighting a knight in full gear while also armored and they were in a small well lit room much like the screenshots, however the demo of the game is just you naked in the dark running around while randoms spawn in and theres no gear?

where do I play the fun game I saw online and see in the store page?

If I understood correctly this was during a previous demo; the current one is different.
