Weapons randomly disappearing.

Aside from the usual weapons slipping out of hand and disarming at random, I'm noticing my weapons also like to straight up disappear and delete outright after hitting enemies sometimes. It's pretty frustrating when you're hacking an opponent with an axe, they aren't even touching you, no blocking, your axe disappears. You're flailing fists at them aaaaaaand... Now you're dead.
