Cosmetics ?

Love this demo, i'm gonna spend way too much time on it.

I wonder if there's any plans for less historical accuracy, and more nice to look at things.

Let's face it, real life is boring and stale, knight armours were made to be efficient, not to look beautiful (even if they don't look bad, they're not spectacular.)

So i wonder if there's any plans for cosmetics. An example would be For Honor where you get colors for metal being black iron, gold and different armor pieces that can look incredible, even the Baron already has a gold armor and a feather on a his helmet, but i don't want it to stop here. Wings, horns... Stuff like this. There could be more stuff after reaching knight if there were things like this.

Armors need less historical accuracy to make them more appealing imo. Some more complex generations could be nice too, like reaching soldier but sometimes rolling a nice shoulder plate.
I don't know how much people would want this so feel free to discuss but i feel like, especially in end game, armors get very stale and cosmetics (even if in further tiers where cosmetics also have armor values, why not) would make it appealing.

Now, bear in mind i'm not sure how to make that work, i'm just throwing the idea in.
(Because since For Honor there has clearly been a DROUGHT of nice looking armors in the medieval game industry. Chivalry 2 tried but if you want to look good you have to pay, it's just not it. Too much devs focus on historical accuracy. If we can have big tiddy anime girls, i'd wish to have winged and horned knights.)

Shame. I thought so but well, you can only dream.
Another game to the medieval historical accuracy list, meaning the demo probably has most of what the game will ever have, still a good time but i would've liked more, ah well.

We are in pre-alpha development, the Demo is aprrox. 5-10% of the planned game.
