I think the game is great guys. I understand the difficulty being more frustrating now that you lose progress... but cmon guys the game is not horrible now just because its more punishing.

I do however feel that given the nature of the game, it could at least save your progress permanently once you gain a rank. If the fighting was purely skill based and consistent it would make sense to punish more... but since it can be very unpredictable and chaotic (which is why its fun btw) I feel just keeping the the ranks once unlocked would solve the anger lol. Fun game guys don't let the harsh reviews stop you!

Oh and maybe a slightly better weapon for the first boss XD.

I wish the old version was still available. If they want to keep working on the new mode, that's fine, just don't ruin it for people who don't want to have to cheese every fight just to unlock the fun part of the game

nah, it's basically a rugpull update; "don't let harsh reviews stop you" is two steps removed from "why are our player counts tumbling like a baby down a well"
