Can't pick up items

I just can't take items in the game. Reinstalling doesn't works. I don't have mods installed, it's just vanilla demo half-sword, please help somebody

Are you having difficulty aiming when you pick up or is the Q and E buttons not picking items up?

Occasionally I can pick up a candlestick holder, but anything that's on a table or the ground, I just flail uselessly

This happened to me in playtest, usually at higher levels like tier 7, like some part of the armor is preventing the character from bending down and picking something up from the ground. But since there was a mention of tables in the comments above, I think you guys better tell exactly if it was in playtest or demo.
