I made to Baron felt rewarding. Did you tweak the bots behavior and stats at the baron level?

Ive noticed as ive been trying to beat the final stage i can only get to round 3. The bots seems more aggressive, resist more damage and play very well. I know i can adjust sliders but keeping at the default lvl feels like thats the way its meant to be played. Im just curious if its true. or if anyone else noticed?
