Weak swings

Since I reached knight rank my character's swings have been comically weak, I thought it was just being over-armoured but it's still a thing in baron tier and it makes fighting go from manageable to unplayable since one-handed weapons aren't viable without a shield, for reference I swing about as quickly as you do with a broken off-hand.
