scythes are crazy broken for some reason. What I do is run at him full force and aim for his chest/neck.

Plenty of ways to deal with him, "berserker" and "roidserker" (dual axes/ dual long axes) are the easy mode option. Stick him in the chest with a pitchfork for a skillplay kill. I once managed to bludgeon him with a cudgel for the giggles. If he hits you once with the scythe, ir's usually game over in one hit. Once he drops the scythe he's easy to deal with. That scythe is the most brokenly OP weapon in the current version of the steam demo, you can easily split enemies in half with a lazy swing. Pikes still outrange you, but that's pretty much the only weakness of the scythe. That and the physics wonk working against it sometimes. It is the number one weapon to get randomly catapulted from your hands for you to never see it again.

either have pitchfork and charge him or tackle him dual wielding something thats works for me usually

If you bum rush him you can take him down pretty quickly. You can do this with basically any sharp weapon. Make sure you pick up his weapon because its insanely strong until armor enemies start spawning

everything will drop if you just run and swing like maniac. There's no stamina in this build. So you can beat pretty much everyone by swinging with long weapons and running

Didnt even notice there was a scythe guy, I just run through everyone I see swinging like a mad man, they all die quick
