still think all the clunkyness like falling over your own feet or grabbing an enemy instead of a weapon still is stupid

Nah i think the game has its faults and all of course, but i enjoyed it so far. I played it for an hour and it really just comes down to if you want to try different weapons and different things to make the game more fun/last longer. There's also the fact that there are mini-bosses along the way that keep the hype up a bit. That's just my opinion though.

I think the clunkyness is part of the fun, although I agree grabbing the wrong thing can be frustrating and falling over randomly without the ability to get up isn't fun, But I think the game has a lot of potential in terms of realism, the game looks great and all the enemies react great to each attack.

It's chill & if they add up some kind of depth like being gladiator or so it will work. Just like in exanima you can buy stuff, progress & it's all good fun in the end even it's super repetitive.

Meanwhile I have put like 50 hours in the demo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (won't show since I have it set for private)

It's the combat, it's so fun and satisfying to get the hang of, bunch of weapons to use

TO me it's kinda like what I like about Mount & Blade, and why I've put over a thousand hours in it, you're basically doing the same stuff over and over, but the combat is super fun.

I just hope they keep and improve the great concept they have in the demo, a dark abyss where you keep fighting dudes and it keeps getting tougher as you go.
Why are you here talking about it then? Obviously this game is not for everyone, and I believe they know they are hitting a niche audience. The Venn diagram of the people who like historical accurate medieval fighting games, and physics based goofy games might as well be two circles. A game doesn't have to sell a million copies to be considered a success. There are plenty of people here and on the subreddit who have already put 20-50 hours into the demo and playtest. The game is already a success.

I still think they are going to miss the potential it can have.
lets hope for workshop

Nah it's simply a matter of opinion and who you're talking to. And this is literally a demo, so that hopefully means more good things are coming in the near future

idk find it decent enough to have a quick game here and there
