Is anyone elses game just laggy now

It was fine before but now my guy runs like he has hemorrhoids, he turns around whenever he feels like it, and it looks like im doing a google slides animation. What do i do or what did i do

Only on "cinematic" graphic setting which seems to be either bugged somehow or otherwise intentionally drops the framerate to 30fps for whatever reason. Otherwise I had a locked 60 in 4K on epic. Not sure how high it could have went because my 4K monitor is only 60hz, but it seemed like I still had plenty of overhead.

google slides animation? can you upload a video of that? sounds weird. also show your 1%low fps gpu/cpu usage if you record a video
