I aint the only one who thinks thrusting feels a bit ♥♥♥♥♥♥ right?

Actually performing thrusting techniques and even just like tracking your target and keeping the tip pointed at them seems absurdly difficult compared to how effortless swinging is. There has got to be a better way to do this even if if you guys just make a stance specifically for thrusting.

There is a stance for thrusting. Hold ALT while holding down mouse. You'll move in and out based on moving your mouse in and out. You can also double click and to stab and just hold it. Make sure you're using lock on (F) and maybe try turning lock on strength up if you're having trouble.

I stab just before the enemy is close and try to run them into it or get them to walk into it. If I am unlucky, I will half-spear or pitchfork to make the distance shorter, and increase leverage. Stabs from the stance require a left twisting motion for your guard to stab them :-)

Ah okay I see. The holding down of the alt is definitely much better than the double click. Way more control. Thanks for the info.
