Does the final boss ever die?

I've been stabbing him in his neck, anus and armpits but all that does is make him scream and writhe in pain. its been 10 minutes of this.

Found another way. Used the big sword from the previous boss and just sawed back and forth on his neck real good for about 30 sec.

how do you saw somebodys neck i want to try it but dont know how to do it is it with the thrust mode or other things

From my experience he doesn't weara bevor, so if you can physics a sword, axe or other bladed weapon into his throat, give it a good wiggle and his head should pop off in seconds.

He does if you do: the last boss is you, whatever you have on he has on (learned this when my game crashed fighting him and when I restarted the game I was thrust into the fight without any weapons, was a long fist fight.)
