How to thrust weapon?

i realize you can thrust holding alt but it tells me i can thrust while double clicking RMB but it doesnt do anything? Any help would be appreciated!

just hold on the second click and he will do a little stabby motion, it has an internal cooldown so you cant spam it but he does do it. Doesnt seem too powerful but neither does the alt stab method.
