Best usage for the double click deal is that doing it dislodges stuck weapons almost instantly.

Just try it next time you got one stuck into someone/something.

I use double click to to get into position and charge, or poke and keep the enemy at a distance. Very useful. I also use it with the pitchfork by holding right click, double left clicking (hold it), then aiming a bit. Impossible without that.

left clicking twice makes your player extend his arms to the stab position, and stops him from walking backwards

the double click with just your fists is hilarious. you're holding your arms out like an idiot. and even funnier? you can kill enemies like that. run into them fist first and it'll knock them down. then just start beating them to death.
