5,000 boss

How on gods green earth do you beat the 5,000 boss and his two goons nothing i try works, either they are dead accurate on the half inch i do not have armor or they trip me and beat me to a bloody pulp on the ground.

after 3,000 blunt is the only way to go but as soon i take one out one of the other snipes me

once you get a scythe it's pretty crazy, left to right swipe people in half one hit

Like some of the previous guys said: Maces or blunt weapons

Alternatively, if you get a large enough two handed sword and get good with the range, you can sometimes deal with the two goons through the range and potential cutting power. The main boss sucks with anything but blunt, but if you can get close and knock him down, then usually you can pin him and get in to slit his throat.

spear. easily one of the best weapons even at the 5k range. just spam swing left and right, as long as the tip touches, itll do damage and eventually knock em down. i got there naked with that broke weapon.

spear + right click attack lets me insta kill basically every enemy until they get heavily armored, and even then the attack still knocks them down in 1-2 hits if i aim good. makes me feel like leonidas in 300

A long and somewhat boring cheese is to get two tower shields, one in your hand and the other on your back, and circle them repeatedly to bait attacks. They'll hit each other and eventually you'll make some progress. Look for a shield to fall, the knight's sword to fall and the bec de corbin to fall. Then just focus on staying alive while you slowly remove the enemies from play. Then 1v1 whoever is left.

what i did was kite them around in a circle, and then time to where i could swing my 2Handed sword and kill the mobs by aiming for the neck with a swing attack (insta kill if aimed right) and then when both are dead, pick up the halberd spear thingy one of them had and try to knock down the boss with it. With him on the ground, go to town with the quick attacks on his head, and he'll eventually die. Hope it helps!

Something else that I've found to be powerful in other multi enemy fights is to forgo the usual assortment of weapons and try a completely different approach. Place a tower shield on your back and dual wield two more. It is very difficult for enemies to hit you and incredibly easy for you to slap away their arms and trip them. Then simply proceed to end your enemies rightly by unscrewing your pommel bashing your shield repeatedly into their foreheads.

Honestly all you need is a sword and a good aim, my friend beat the game that way by chopping his head off
