Spear and Pitchfork

Two annoying weapons. all the enemy has to do is get you impaled on the metal end of the weapon and its ggs, i get thats what its designed for but its really a pain getting caught on it and you can't get away.

Good lord people. stay out of their range, and when they make a mistake, rush in and punish them. If you feint them and side step they will attempt a swing because you can circle around their point, when they raise the weapon up for a swing that is your opportunity to attack.

I really only get killed by spear guys. Feels like there should be some kind of chambering machanic or an actually useful early game shield.

Yeah, the only good shield you get is when you get plate armor and the ai stop spawning with the spear.

I mean, spears has been a top tier weapon for most of mankind existence for a reason

Just wait until you step on the pitchfork stick and it instantly knocks you out or one kick destroys your leg like Anderson silva just kicked you because they will refuse to push you.
