I was watching people play this and i wanted to play it too but its not on steam and when i go to amazon to buy it says its unavailable. so can i get it from somewhere???

or any other way to buy it that is not against the rules, example CD + Steam key?

I already bought the game and I know this game (the PC Version) is being sold on Amazon, however I'm confused why is this game ripped off the Steam store? This game has very positive reviews and many people including myself liked it despite it's flaws. What happened?...
